Our version of this Southern Illinois favorite.
We start with a homemade toasted bun, then we
stack a burger, cheese sauce, french fries,
chili and then melt Cheddar Jack cheese over
the whole thing. WOW what a meal. $7.95


Red Chili Taco Salad
A giant crisp flour tortilla bowl filled with
our homemade chili, shredded lettuce, shredded
Cheddar Jack cheese, diced tomato, sliced
black olives, sour cream, salsa and salsa

Big Sirloin Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich
Thin strips of sirloin steak, grilled with
